اسلام آباد/ کوئٹہ ( این این آئی) نیشنل پارٹی کے مرکزی رہنما سینیٹر جان محمد بلیدی نے کہاکہ پیکا ایکٹ ایک کالا قانون ہے جو اظہار رائے تقریر و تحریر پر پابندی لگانے کے لئے لایا گیا ہے ملک کا آئین بنیادی انسانی حقوق کی ضمانت دیتا ہے لیکن بنیادی حقوق سے متصادم ایک کالا قانون متعارف کرایا گیا ہے ۔ اپنے بیان میں انہوں نے کہا کہ فائر وال کی ناکامی اور مطلوبہ مقاصد حاصل نہ ہونے کی صورت میں سوشل میڈیا پروٹیکشن اینڈ ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی کا قیام عمل میں لایا گیا ہے اور متاثرہ فریق کو اعلیٰ عدلیہ میں اپیل کے حق سے بھی محروم رکھنے کی کوشش کی گئی ہے انہوں نے کہاکہ ملک کی سیاسی و جمہوری پارٹیوں کو اس ایکٹ پر دوبارہ غور کرنے کی ضرورت ہے ایسا نہ ہوں کہ آنے والے اوقات میں پشیمانی کا سامنا کرنا پڑے۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ اب بھی وقت ہے کہ ملک کی سیاسی جمہوری جماعتیں پاکستان کی میڈیا کی تنظیموں کے ساتھ مشاورت کرکے اس کا حل نکالیں۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ نیشنل پارٹی اس کالے قانون کے خلاف ہے اور اس کے خلاف تحریک میں اپنا کردار ادا کرے گا۔
